Network Q Multi-Point Check
Every Network Q vehicle on our forecourt is subjected to a rigorous Multi-Point Check by our highly trained Vauxhall technicians, before it is allowed to carry the Network Q badge. Testing everything from engine performance to paintwork, this service is synonymous with used car quality and integrity, allowing our customers to drive off with all the confidence and reassurance you'd get from buying new.
The Network Q Multi-Point Check covers:
- Every major mechanical component
- All vital safety and security checks
- A thorough test drive
- Inspection of interior and exterior features
- Final preparation of your vehicle
Network Q Ownership Promise
The great thing about buying a used car with Network Q is that you know exactly what you're getting. No hidden past, no hidden surprises, just complete peace of mind.
Our Ownership Promise covers:
- Mileage
- Identity
- Stolen vehicles
- Outstanding finance agreements
- Examining Vauxhall's recall register for any recalled parts (Vauxhall models only)
- A replacement vehicle as part of our 30 day exchange pledge, should any of the information we find prove to be incorrect
Comprehensive warranty
We offer warranties on every used car that we sell under 10 years old with less than 80,000 miles.
Selected Network Q Vauxhall passenger cars under 12 months old now come with a Network Q 3 Year Warranty – an exceptional duration of cover and protection for you and your car.
For vehicles under 5 years old with less than 60,000 miles we have warranties available for up to 60 months. All mechanical and electrical components are covered with the vehicle value as the claim limit.
Vehicles under 10 years old with less than 80,000 miles we have warranties available for up to 36 months with component cover (please ask for list of components covered). These warranties have a £2500 claim limit.
These warranties are backed by Network Q, so you can look forward to miles more peace of mind.
30 day exchange
We're confident you'll be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. But, for added peace of mind, if your car develops a mechanical or electrical fault (in the first 30 days of ownership) that cannot be repaired to a satisfactory standard, the supplying retailer will exchange it for a Network Q vehicle of equal value.
